The Editing Process
All documents are edited in two phases.
I. A Junior Editor checks the document for the errors mentioned below.
II. A Senior Editor reviews the document to correct any remaining errors and provide more in-dept feedback.
We accept the following file formats:

You will receive the following for all edited documents:

one _redline file (with tracked changes and comments)

one _edited file (ready for submission; no tracked changes or comments)
L1: Copyediting
- Correcting errors in grammar, punctuation, spelling, and syntax while ensuring consistency and clarity in writing style.
L2: Formatting & Style Guide
- Ensuring appropriate formatting, including font styles, margins, & headings.
- Ensuring consistency with a style guides, such as APA, MLA, or a custom guide.
L3: Substantive Editing
- Examining the content for clarity, logical consistency, and effectiveness of the message.
- Providing feedback on the strengths and weaknesses of a manuscript.
L1: Proofreading
- Reviewing edited documents for typos, spelling mistakes, formatting errors, and minor grammatical issues.
L2: Language Editing
- Adjusting language to improve coherence.
- We specialize in working with non-native English speakers.
- We edit documents in the English language only.
L3: Fact-checking and AI Proofing
- Checking sources for confirming accuracy of facts and references.
- Editing AI/ChatGPT-written content to reduce plagiarism and make it sound like you --- human.
